Weekly class--it is suggested you commit to the class on a weekly basis to get the most out of the group support and consistency of practice, but you can drop in to class as schedule permits. Class starts with a check in, then a mindfulness meditation, some breathing and movement based in Yoga done seated on a chair, then yoga done on a mat on the floor, always with the option to stay in a chair, and a relaxation done lying on the floor, again, can be done on a chair or couch, but best  on the floor. If possible, please have handy: two blocks, a strap, pillow, and blanket. This class can be done in a chair or seated.
