Join Marisa for a gentle, supportive weekly chair yoga class designed for older adults. Through slow, mindful movement and breath, you’ll build strength, flexibility, and balance—all while supporting healthy blood pressure, bone strength, and joint mobility.

Chair yoga is a wonderful way to stay mobile, improve posture, and reduce stiffness, making everyday activities easier and more comfortable. Just as important, this class offers a warm sense of community—an opportunity to connect with others, find presence, and feel supported.

All levels are welcome, and no floor work is required.

The Northside Older Adult Center provides programs and services that enrich the lives of many older adults. Memberships are free of charge.

*Must be 60 years or older to be eligible for membership
