Our bodies are created with an infinite capacity for Pleasure.

Our faces, each one of us are unique and distinct, we look like no one else. So it is in the face, so it is in our entire body, including our Sexual Anatomy. Puja is a form of ritual, an honoring, of a sacred statue, altar, mountain or tree that is practiced in Tantra, Hinduism and Buddhism.

There is a Tantric Tradition of having Puja performed on our own Bodies, a ritual to honor our bodies as sacred. In this class Marisa will teach some of the aspects of traditional Yoni Puja which she has received and studied from the Sri Vidya Tantric Lineage. We will then move to create Puja’s of our own design, each participant will create their very own original ritual using and being witnessed by others in the group.

Marisa has guided many people in this process. It is fun, full of delight, creativity and individuality. These rituals will help lift shame and create respect and good care and Love for our own bodies and our Sexuality and relationship to Pleasure in our bodies.
